I feel true happiness comes from stripping everything back. I remember towards the end of my final year at uni when I came off all social media and just let things naturally come to me. I could draw when I want, write etc. and everything was so peaceful and calm. Now uni is over its all about “real world” and trying to get money, and with “survival” being the focus everything else becomes lost, and you end up losing your true self. There’s a lot of things I’ve stopped doing since then, and I find it sad that I’ve done that. I feel everyone should try and fit “you” into your daily routine even if certain things are scheduled for certain days just try and fit you. Because, that’s all you truly have.
