Day 13 – What is Your Bedtime Routine

This post is going to be hella short, but this is basically it.

  • I brush my teeth
  • Wash my face
  • I get into bed. But before I drift off to sleep, I put on a guided imagery video from YouTube and let it play out loud. Obviously I end up falling asleep, but the positive messages are still being picked up by my subconscious mind so it’s all good

Aaaaannnnnddddd, that’s basically it really.
