I’m not going to lie I’ve been injured for a while, so I have not been doing much for a loooooonnnngggg while, but I’m slowly starting to get back into it. With that being said my ‘routine’ is not even that complex.
All I do is literally type “workout” on YouTube and go through each video daily (well at least try to).
But I also try and incorporate weights into every exercise to make it harder on myself.
Just a quick side note. We recently got our Kitchen done, so everything (well most things) had to be dumped in “my space.” It’s literally the only spot in the whole house where I can do whatever exercise I want without the neighbours complaining about banging or jumping noises. I just hosted a games night yesterday so I finally had to clear the mess all in one go, which as you can see was a success. So I can actually do my “workout” videos again, instead of just riding my bike.
But anyway, once I’ve done that, I’ll take my bike out for a couple of laps around the park,
and that’s it really. Nothing more to add here 🤷🏽♂️.
I don’t think I’m doing that bad though (if I must say so myself).
