How Trump Is Changing Our World (Especially For Ethnic Minorities)

Hey people,

I took a little “break” from my blog, but I was mostly waiting for the right time to get engagement from my Instagram followers (which is virtually non-existent), to answer juicy questions.

As you can guess I got nothing (no surprise there), but I got one question, which is what this post is going to be about. I’m not very well versed in politics, let alone American politics, but I feel there are three ways to look at this:

1. He’s making it “OK” for other people to bring out more of their racist nature. since the head of the office is so open about his disgusting views, it gives other people the confidence per se to actively express the same thoughts, in which they might have before kept silent about

2. He’s shed more of a light on the racism problem that is rife in our world. You could say that’s a good thing because it gets people talking about it. But it’s kind of sad that it’s still a conversation that still needs to be had

3. Completely left field from ethnic minorities, but he’s kind of given us the blueprint to succeed (as crazy at it sounds). The formula he used to be POTUS is actually second to none, and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he gets elected again. By the way, the steps are:

  1. Attention
  2. Criticism
  3. Haters
  4. Persistence

To be honest, if there’s one thing I can say about him that’s “good” is what you see is what you get. None of that fake shit like every other politician does.

Shout out to @l_.the_rover for asking me the only question. You can follow him on Instagram here:

  1. UGH. The man is a disgusting creepy criminal. But I agree that we have to give him credit for shining a light on the failings of this nation and uniting anyone with any sense of decency to get rid of him and plan for a brighter future.

You would think so, but I don’t think it’s going to happen. I’ve realised in this politics world you need a bit of nastiness, which Bernie does not have

      1. I like Bernie and I think he can stand up to Trump in a debate. But this country might not be ready for him. Honesty I’d take my cat over Trump. She’d do a lot less damage.

I’d say it’s Trump who kickstarted this generations racism, without Trump, Boris Johnson wouldn’t have been emboldened, neither would the British Press with the way they hounded Meghan Markle, and now Modi too, Au Sang Suu Kyi (shameful, she’s a graduate from SOAS which is my uni) and then China and what they’re doing to Uyghur Muslims.
