Day 23 – Something You Always Think “What If” About

I used to do think about “what ifs” all the time, but it’s just not me anymore. With the way my mind works, I cannot afford to do this at all! It’s so much easier to look at things in black and white because all these “what ifs” leads to questions, which leads to overthinking, which leads to a continuous downward spiral which I’m actively trying to avoid.

I do sometimes think of what if’s, if it can be used productively, if that makes sense. Say, for instance, looking back on an application and I’ll realise what I should have added or not added. But I will never understand why people still think about the way they said “here” in primary school. Does it matter? 😭

Do people think about that?? loool. And even with that example, for me anyway I still didn’t get the job and that’s what would be my main focus so I wouldn’t even want to think about it
