This will be my final post on this Free Marketing Course for now, but I will probably revisit this when I have more information on these topics. I hope everyone who has read or is reading this series learns something new that adds to your brand/company.
Before I wrap this up, I just wanted to make a quick post of the “perfect blog post.” Of course, there is no such thing as “perfect,” and you are free to do whatever you want in all honesty, but I thought it might be helpful to give you a quick blueprint on how to construct the ideal post.
Word Count – You’ll ideally want between 300-500 words on your related topic. This number is a perfect medium between not too much and not too little. People in today’s age don’t have the same attention span, so making your posts concise will ensure better retention.
Media – Try to include 2-3 images with alt tags and titles related to keywords you are targeting. Also, add a YouTube video related to your topic in the post.
Links – You would want to include AT LEAST one outbound link to a high authority site, e.g. Wikipedia, and a link back to your website, which could be a related post. You also want to create backlinks to your post/website. You can do this by sharing the link on your social media pages or guest posting on other sites to bring the eyes back to yours.
If you have any questions on any topic on marketing. Please feel free to leave a comment, and I will get back to you as best as I can.
